Player progress

Pathway outcomes in two to three years

In a short period of around two to three years, a number of CLG Academy players have already progressed into county and district cricket pathways across different age groups. Boys and girls are also progressing towards opportunities to represent their respective national teams in European countries, a sign of how closely our coaches work with each player.

Sessions step from soft ball into hardball beginner and intermediate-advanced groups. Generating interest for cricket amongst children, and encouraging more girls to take up the game, remains close to our heart as that pathway grows.
